Prohibited items
Goods and services that may not be listed or sold on DealNest under any circumstances.

Illegal goods and services
Anything illegal to sell, possess, or perform in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction is prohibited. This includes illegal drugs and paraphernalia, stolen goods, and services that facilitate illegal activity (fraud services, fake documents, account credentials).
Weapons
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapon parts or kits may not be listed, regardless of local legality. This includes 3D-printed weapon files and conversion devices.
Counterfeits and IP infringement
Counterfeit products, replicas sold as genuine, and unauthorized copies of copyrighted or trademarked work are prohibited. Vendors must hold the rights to what they sell.
Regulated categories
Categories that require licenses or carry heavy regulation are not supported in v1: alcohol, tobacco and vaping products, prescription drugs and medical devices, gambling services, securities and investment products, and live animals.
Adult content
Pornographic content and sexual services may not be listed or sold on DealNest.
Recalled and unsafe items
Products subject to a safety recall, or that present a known safety hazard, must not be listed and will be removed when identified.
Enforcement
Listings in these categories are removed without notice. Knowingly listing prohibited items is grounds for immediate storefront termination under the Vendor policy, and where required we report illegal activity to authorities.
