If a debt is due to “fall off” what exactly does that mean? Is it able to be resold, etc. Any info will be greatly appreciated
In my case it is a collection from years ago, and per TU it’s due to be rmoved in november of this year. It’s out of SOL . This debt is my main priority right now and I don’t want to contact them in case of any issues that may arise.
I just pulled my credit report from TU and there is a new collection reporting from AIS Services. I called them and they told me it was for a pay day loan. I am pretty sure I paid them years ago, but non the less they are not licensed and illegal. She told me I can dispute it through the CA or pay in full and they will delete. IF I dispute it, what is the best approach and what do I say?
Hi, I have a question on date of first delinquency (DOFD). where do you actually find that date for a particular account? I have had a number of bad accounts in the past (about 6 years ago) due to family circumstances. Currently working on rebuilding my credit. I have purchsed the transunion and equifax credit reports today, but dont seem to find the DOFD in the reports.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you

I sent letters 30 days ago to the address listed on my credit reports without any word back, and was wondering if anyone had an inside email or contact info that may speed the process along?
Â
Thanks!!
Hello all,
Â
What a wealth of information this site is! I’ve learned so much and do appreciate all the guidance/knowledge given. Question though? I have a couple of lates, years ago, from Audi Financial that I would love to goodwill. I have no idea as to who to contact. Anyone have any experience in doing so? I just need the contact info. I’m not familiar with the rules of this forum, if it’s a problem posting the info maybe PM me. Thanks in advance for your time.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!
I’ve read a lot about people having success with GW letters. I tried sending a GW letter awhile back to WFNNB asking for removal of a 30 day late payment from three years ago and they wrote back that it was against the law for them to remove correct information from credit reports. If that is true, then how are others getting things removed with GW letters? Am I missing something? Can anyone explain?
- GE Money CB Deletions
- WFNNB goodwill
- goodwill letter wells fargo
- my fico bac home loans goodwill letter
- goodwill letter to hsbc
- does a goodwill letter to wells fargo work
- email address & wfnnb & goodwill letter
- buying house goodwill letter to credit card
- wfnnb 30 days late 4 years ago
- hsbc deleted 30 day late goodwill
Should the 7 years that something stays on your credit report occur 180 days after the last payment received on an account? or at charge off?
