I have a few medical bills that are paid, and one that needs paid. So for the one that needs paid i can send a PFD? and if they accept that and i pay it then it will be completely removed from my CR?

On the few i have paid already I can send a GW letter and possibly get it deleted?

I guess i was under the impression once something was on your CR it was on there for a few years

I also owe tmobile $900 from my ex girlfriend. They agreed over the phone to do a PFD. I won’t take their word so I plan on sending in a letter and if they accept this its the same thing as it never happening, It will be completely removed?

has anyone had success or experience using a non-disclosure agreement to achieve essentially the same result as PFD?

i’ve sent a round of PFD letters with no luck.  all i have received so far are validation letters.  it’s well known that CAs are reluctant to agree to PFD, but NDA may allow them to sleep better knowing that the word ‘delete’ is not in the agreement.

just wondering….

I sent a cold PFD letter to RJM Acquisitions a few weeks ago, offering to pay $250 for deletion regarding a $665 CO Target account. Not only did RJM almost immediately send me a letter stating that they would be “pleased” to accept this offer, they’ve already updated my report showing that I owe $250 instead of $665. No points gained, obviously, as it hasn’t been deleted, but it gives me hope that they’ll keep their word.

Why, oh why, can’t they own the remaining baddies on my report?
