Ok…went from 599 to 630 on EQ (MyFico) as of 12-22-10. Nothing deleted, no visible changes on report. I guess just a good Christmas gift. Although I am waiting on a collection deletion, and a credit card PIF to hit my credit report.Â

Does anyone have any good contacts for les schwab? Its a paid account with 1 late on it. If I get it removed it will be in my “satisfactory” bracket. Im sure it will get me some points. I have been trying to find numbers and emails but no luck!

We are preapproved!!!!! Our new scores are….pulled by our mortgage man himself….drum roll……EQ 646, EX 635, and TU 660! They were just 5 weeks and 4 days ago 496, 559, and 491 respectively!!!! Yes I am serious!! Our mortgage guy offered me a job he was so impressed! I told him it was all due to this site. I combed through every inch of it and followed all advice and here we are! Thanks to everyone! We are making an offer on a home tomorrow!!! We will get the tax credit! Thanks and it can be done! Keep believing!!!

My score increased just by bringing a past due account up to date. I can’t wait to see if I will get an increase in my score with me recently paying one CC from 98% utl to 10%utl. I also paid another CC down to $0 and another from being over the limit to 45%utl. Was also able to get a PFD for a car loan charge-off.

 My credit scores are  681 761 and 703  EQ/ EX and TU.   I had a collections on my report.  The insurance company didn’t pay a  medical bill untilÂ
approximately 1 year had passed (2007)

  I called the collections company and they said they would remove it from EQ and TU.

Can anyone estimate how much my scores will improve?  I am applying for a mortgage and I think a credit score of 760 + will get me the best rate.

OK, I have just pulled my credit report on freecredit report.com and found that my score increased to 650. I know this may not be a true score…but it is still an increase from 435..where I started. If I could get (2) Salli Mae removed (over 120 lates)…..I would be closer to the 700′s….. I will remail positive that I will get there…..
