2 deletions can they come back?

So over the past 2-3 weeks I have been contacting the bureaus about items on my report now all those items I did owe but for some reason they have been deleted from the bureaus. My concern is will they pop back up because I have seen people on here saying sometimes old things come back. Now when i contacted the CA’s myself they said i would have to pay and they had my acct info but when i disputed it with the CR’s now its gone. Im happy and confused. myfico scorewatch went from a 587 to a 627. Im very happy but at the same time now i have a shorter credit history.

 

Also I have no credit cards open. should I open a secure card?
