I have a broken lease on my credit report.The collection agency refuses to negotiate for a lower settlement.The SOL expires in 2011.Should I just wait until then to send a PFD letter?Please help I would like to remove as soon as possible.

I disputed a CA reporting on my CR. This is what Experian is showing:

I am curious about the date, which as you can see says March 22,2010. Does this mean they have until then to verify and if not, it gets deleted off my report? It’s been about 3 weeks since I submitted the dispute. Any info will help.

I got all of my free credit reports last year in the summer so I am not due for new ones for a few more months. What can I do until then where should I go for a copy? I did just apply for car loans would I be able to get free ones because of denials from the apps?
