Hello all,

I’m new to all of this and not only am I lost in the jargon, I am completely assbackwards in where to look or what applies to me.

I’m trying to find out if MCM is licensed/bonded in my state? I’m in AZ, the only thing I found was on BBB they are bonded in California. Does that mean they are here too?

Also, is there a rookie page? How to get started on getting my stuff back on the right page?

It seems to me that the American Auto industry has alot to do with where our economy stands. When auto companies show that they are on the right track, stocks go up. Seems to me that those who buy Mercedes, Lexus, etc.. can afford to pay higher taxes. Why in the world would you support foreign middle class and not your own? Tax the crap out of foreign luxury cars . Buy American cars.

Credit Card usage question?

I recently opened two credit cards. I’m trying to rebuild my credit. I’ve activated both cards but have not used either yet. (Although one of them has an annual fee that was charged to the card)   My question is, how should I use the card to rebuild my credit? What percentage of it should I use a month? And is it better to pay it immediately (should I go home after buying something with it and pay it?) or to pay it in full when the bill comes?

What does this mean? NCO collection deleted after DV’ing

Based on the instructions on this forum, I DV’ed NCO for a collection they posted on my report. It’s a valid debt but past SOL. I was ready to PFD once they validate, but today I refreshed my credit reports and it was gone.

 

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I call them and pay them just to be on the safer side? (I understand it’s the right thing to do…I’d just hate it to appear again in my reports)

Getting Medical Collections off credit report

I have an unpaid ambulance bill that just showed up on my collection report with a CA.  Also I have an old ER visit balance that has been on my CR through a CA.  I would like to get rid of these.  I can PIF.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to get these off my credit report?  Thanks.

Wrong address on credit report

Please move this to the right place.  Anyway on my credit report it is showing a wrong address that I have never lived at.  I know what happen.  Before I filed BK I was going to try one of those debt settlement companies and they had me tell the creditors there address as my own.  Anyway I have never lived there etc how do I get that removed?

Hi…Ive been in a seemingly endless credit battle for a long time.  At this point, I now have 3 paid collections on my CR, as well as a current student loan and current auto loan.  My last credit card app was denied a few months ago.  I really want to get some revolving credit on there to help myself, but don’t want to pile up denials.  Are there any good places to look for cards that will report and help me get on the right track.  I don’t want anything outlandish, but I’m weary of my scores.

Does anyone have an email for an executive at Ford Motor Credit?  I have some late payments that I’ve been trying to get dropped.  I’ve sent GW letter without luck.  Has anyone ever gotten them to change anything?  I’m hoping an email to the right exec might help.
