I sent a dv letter to e r solutions for a sprint bill  (they never sent me anything in the mail just showed up on my cr last month) that the dofd was 05/2008 and they sent me back a copy of bills.  the sol where i live is 2 years for telecommunication. i didn’t receive anything else except a very brief letter stating that i have 10 days to respond.  i thought they were supposed to send you something that you signed or something else.

what should i do next?  was thinking about a pfd but not sure.

any ideas or advice will be greatly appreciated!!

I’m not sure how to proceed with this…before I found this forum I settled an old sprint bill for 50% of the balance.  It is still on my credit report as settled.  I want to get it removed but I’m not sure what kind of letter to write.  I can pay the other 50% of the bill if that is the way to go with a PFD or should I try a goodwill letter.  Thanks for the help.

A few weeks ago I sent a PFD letter to ER solutions for an old Sprint bill.  Because I didn’t hear back from them, I decided to call.  The lady I spoke to said that they

would agree to the PFD and would send it to me in writing.  A few days went by and I recieved nothing.  This week I received a letter from them that said ” Here is the

info you requested”, which was an actual copy of my sprint bill from Feb. 2008.  In the meantime I checked my credit report and the collection had come off my report.

Yesterday I finally recieved the letter stating they agree to the PFD and it was dated 7/28/10.  ?????? What do I do now?

I received a alert today that Harvard Collection showed up n my credit report.  I think its a old Sprint Bill for $406.00.  Please tell me the next step to take.  My FAKO score dropped  26 pts.  Has anyone ever heard od this company and are they hard to work with? What do I do next?

I’m new here so please be patient.  I received a letter from a CA for a sprint bill for 98.00.  I accept that the bill is mine and I know that I owe the 98.00.  I can PIF but want to do what I can to get it off my credit report.  Do I send a PFD first and then just wait?Â
