I sent two GW letters… to Capital One and Chase Auto Finance… both with no success.Â The letters I received back were vague, saying that they are obligated to report accurate information to the credit bureaus, etc. etc.

The GWs are just to remove a 30 day and 60 day late from over a year ago.Â I sent the letters to the general address on their websites.Â Should I e-mail the letters to someone higher on the foodchain?Â If so, can someone PLEASE PM me an e-mail address that has worked in the past?!?!?!?!?!

Anyone have luck with PFD with NCC Business Services?

Has anyone had any success with NCC Business Services in Jacksonville FL? I have a collection with them and have been sending PFD for a few months with no response (they did respond to DV). I have been offered the full amount. Does anyone have a name of someone higher up I can try to contact?

GMAC contacts

I have called GMAC to remove several 30 day lates from my account from 3/09-12/09, and I keep getting the same response that GMAC will only remove if due to their error. I would like to appeal to someone higher up that might understand my plea as GMAC went thru hardship and had to ask not only once but twice for government assistance at the expense of the American people. Who would be the best person to contact? President of GMAC? Vice President?

I always sent in half of the payment just recently caught up with the entire payment and now show a current status. I never went more than 30 days past due. Does anyone have any contact information on GMAC so that I can speak my peace..
