I have a charged off CC with First Premier. FP is showing on CR. I have gotten a letter from a CA for a settlement offer and they are not on CR. II want to send a PFD who do I send it to. FP or the CA? If i send it to the CA will they have FP delete it off CR if they agree?
Does anyone have any contacts for First Premier? I am in desperate need of them. I am attempting a settlement offer or a PFD with them. I have 2 accounts that are ‘charged off’ as bad debt’ and are still counting towards my account balance every month. So pleasseeeeeeeeeeeee can someone PM me any contact information? thanks!

I have already agreed to a settlement offer given to me by RJM. I owed two book clubs (Black Expressions and Crossings). I only owe $25.14 on the Crossings account and $86.39 on the Black Expressions account. I wanted to know if I can still send/email them a PFD even tho I’am already in a payment agreement. Thanks in advance:smileywink:
Received a settlement offer that will be accepted.

“Payment is to be made in the form of Money Order, Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Check.”
Â
What is the best form of payment to use? Personal Check would be the easiest since I wouldn’t have to go to the bank but I thought that you should never send a CA a Personal Check.Â
Â
Any thoughts??

Thanks
I have an account that has a credit limit of $1800 and my balance is $930. I have a collection that appeared in April for $383 for a cable bill (CPI) and I just received a settlement offer for $ 183 from an old phone bill (AFNI) would it be better for me put $600 towards the $930 or use that $600 to try for PFDs?
Hello everyone,
Â
Here is my dilemma:
Â
I am currently making payments on a CA with RJM Acquisitions. They sent me a settlement offer which states that I could pay $40 a month. But only had to pay 60% instead of the 50% but paid in full in 1 payment..
Â
My questions are…
If and when, I get closer to a smaller affordable amount, could PFD???
Is that not possible because I’ve agreed to payments???
Or should I just keep making payments until paid in full then send GM letters????
Â
Thanks!!!

I have a Cap One account that was charged off and I agreed to a settlement offer from a collection agency acting of their behalf.
However, the CRA have not updated the account yet. I’m sure Cap One will eventually update it to show settled in full but I’m curious to know if I send in proof of settlement offer and payment records if I could get the CRA to update sooner?
Â
Has anyone had any luck with this before?
Â
Thanks
