I sent a GW letter to cap1 on 1/26 to remove a couple of 30 day lates. I sent letters to disputes, correspondence, and to the CEO. Today I gotta call from someone in the cap1 executive office and she said that they are required to report to the blah blah blah…. So they will not remove them.

What should I do next?  Keep sending letters?

Has anyone used Lexington Law to rebuild their credit?

I just signed up yesterday but I am unsure if I should pay the  $100. I could very well put that toward by CC. What exactly do they do that I can’t do? Do they have a little more pull when the CC companies see the letter with their logo on it as oposed to me just sending a letter in?

If anyone has any experience with them please share. And if you don’t have the experience please  share anyway.

I would like to know if anyone did the whole disputing process, please tell me everything you did. I was told they would be sending letters to the credit bureaus for validation and to the  CC companies? If the CC companies validate the debt do I then mail them GW letters???

Heeelllppppppp…

How do I go about using GW letters? Do I just send one per company or one for each negative item? I need help with capital one, orchard bank, sallie mae, and bank of america. Do I just keep sending letters until they give or just once and wait for an answer?

Does anyone have any samples they could send me ina PM?

I have Asset Acceptancecalling my house and sending letters asking for payment.  They are trying to collect a debt from over 10 years ago.  What is the best way to get them to stop contacting me and not having to worry about any clock resetting or anything showing up on my CRs.

Before I get slammed, yes I know they should just be paid, but it’s not that easy.  I was young and dumb when I had the collection.

Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thank you!
