This is about several leins that were placed on my property from old judgements when I purchased my home in 2009.  Prior to closing I had to pay the judgements and get a “release of judgement” from the courthouse.  I did all this prior to purchasing my property and closing on my mortgage last year.  Fast forward to this year…….we applied for a streamline refinance.  The title company came back to us and stated that needed to prove again that all of these items are paid.  No problem, I had all the paperwork stamped by the courthouse in my file box.  Lender told me that the way to get them off my title is to have creditors “release the judgement:”  Several of them already have those words on the paperwork, the other states that the “judgement is vacated.”  Don’t think that you can get a release from a judgement that has been vacated, hence ceasing to no longer exist.  Know that we’re now cleared for closing on the refinance, but is there any way to permanently get these items off the title.  I don’t think they ever should have been put there in the first place.  (they were all cleared and released prior  to the original purchase date).

Back before I found this forum I disputed my student loans on my reports with the credit reporting agencies. There were no baddies on these but I had consolidated and wasnt aware all the prior accounts will stay on my report for ten years. Anyways my question is how do I get the notations “consumer disputes account” removed from my credit report. It has been 90 days and the disputes are closed but these remarks are still on my report.

I apparently have 2 judgments – one filed 5/7 and one filed 9/6.  If I were to satisfy these with the OCs (the 5/7 one has a CA reporting) and get a satisfaction of judgment to get them satisfied, how long would my score suffer from new activity?

Also: I am PFDing some other CA issues.  If this is unsuccessful, how long will my score suffer from the new activity of paying them?  I know there’s a weighting to credit info from the prior 2 years…is that how long these look new again if I pay them?

Thanks!

I have been involved in a car accident last year. The other party has submitted a complaint against me last week. I replaced the car insurance companies in May of this year. After requesting legal assistance, should I get my car insurance company prior or current?

I have received under the concept of dental treatment, my insurance covers all costs more than I paid for. I ask in advance to ensure that the burden paid by my company. I gave my dentist on my insurance card again before treatment, and women one of its copy of the photo. After all, the benefits of insurance and submit the original to my insurance does not pay for fillings 2. Now, I insist that the dollar 200 + bill. It seems fair, I only insist on a bill or have something more like I do?

My two dogs were involved in a fight with another dog last year. All three dogs were bitten, and my homeowners’ insurance paid out a claim. They have now sent a notice of non-renewal and I am having trouble finding an insurance company that will write a new policy. Does anyone have any suggestions for an insurance company or broker in California that can help? Thank you!
Let me clarify this question. I was walking both of my dogs when we passed a small dog who lunged at my dogs. It scared my smaller dog, who lunged back. The situation escalated, and all three of them got into a fight that lasted about 20 seconds before we could pull them apart. The other owner submitted vet bills to my insurance company, which chose simply to pay the claim rather than fight it.

But I stopped smoking a week ago, my insurance company and the results of medical tests are negative? If so, if I died of lung cancer, 20 years later? Insurance companies would protest or pay?

I heard their homes destroyed home, because they lose the history of its owner, the insurance will house the new owner?
