Hi Everyone, please help

When calling the OC to pay on or off a charge off what should be my verbiage to request a pif arrangement?  I know that I should accept or request a settlement. PFD are great however, if not the PFD the PIF is the next best thing.

If I request the PIF will that then remove the charge off status?  Also, if I make maybe 3 to 4 payments to pay off the balance would it be better as the utilization would then should a monthly increase in score?

Yes, the charge off has been reporting in my utitlzation per my fico but not other credit monitoring services.  The past due amount is 1266.00

I have some late charges on my credit report from Exxon Mobil and Victoria’s Secret.  I’ve tried searching for contact info such as e-mail addresses or fax numbers for these accounts but have been unsuccessful.  Has anyone had luck with these companies? If so, can you please help me out with information?

Thanks.

Someone please help me to understand.  About a year ago I had a vehicle repossed.  I have sinced made an arrangesment to pay off the debt, which I have been doing faithfully on a monthly basis.  Then within the last six months the company started sending monthly negative reports to all three of the credit reporting agencies.  Is there something I can do to stop them from doing this?  Do I have some rights regarding this practice?  Can someone please help me to understand?  I am working very hard to improve my credit and to get my credit score up, but this seems to set me back every month.

I just lost my job about 2 months ago. I managed to work with 2 of my original creditors in a payment plan with lower interetes and lower payment for 12 months. I have 2 more that are not willing to work at all and they keep calling 3 times a day, 7 days a week. They asked me the same question, why can you not pay? how long ago did you lost your job? etc… Can they call this much? Can they call even on the weekend? They are original creditors not a collection agency, please help
