Alaska, Minnesota, Arizona, California, Mississippi, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Georgia, N. Carolina, New York

I’ll only rank the ones I’ve been to or have met a considerable amount of people from:
1. Georgia
2. Mississippi
3. (tie) New York, N. Carolina, California
6. Kentucky (I live here, sadly)
7. Pennsylvania
Correction: I’d move North Carolina up and tie it with Mississippi, instead.

would have the largest number of electoral votes. (1)nebraska,N.Carolina,California(2)Texas,Ohio,Minnesota(3)Pennsylvania,Tennessee,Oregon(4)Wisconsin,Mississippi,Connecticut(5)Florida,Virginia,New York

My husband is going to graduate soon (I’ve already done so) and now we’re trying to find a place to live. He’s going into the medical field, so we can basically live anywhere where there is a hospital. We want to live somewhere between Idaho and Michigan, but none of the southern states. There has to be high mountains, and lots of trees and lakes. We’re starting a family, so most importantly, there must be good schools and family-friendly neighborhoods, including low crime rates. And (as if we weren’t being picky enough), we’d like to live in a place that isn’t too much in the city but not too far away, say a town of 15,000-30,000. The places I have looked that seem the closest are Pennsylvania (I know, it isn’t between Idaho and Michigan), Missouri, and Minnesota. Any good suggestions in these states or others? I am willing to research as many suggestions as I get, so please don’t be shy. Thank you.

There is a 12 acre parcel of land I am looking to purchase in Aberdeen Maryland (Harford County). I have bought property in Virginia and Pennsylvania, but never in Maryland. I will need help with the contract, bid, escrow, loan, mortgage etc…

I’m looking to move to a pedestrian neighborhood, pretty much anywhere in northern United States.I was thinking more in like Oregon, Washington, Nothern California, Minnesota, Michigan, Pennsylvania. I really don’t want to be in a big metro area (New York, Boston San Francisco, etc.). And hopefully the real estate isn’t with ridiculous prices.

So, do any of you know of any neighborhoods like this?

Liberals take California, Oregon, Washington, Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, NY, Maryland, Delaware, and New England.

You conservatives take the rest.

You go your way. We go ours. Everybody happy.
