My score seems to be stuck

Hello all,

 

Thanks to all the help from the forums I have been able recesistate a half dead credit score, and now I need help again. My scores have been the same for the last couple of years give or take a few points. I was wondering if anyone had some advice to help boost my scores up. Here’s a my situation:

 

Orchardbank Mastercard 2005- 1600/ 300bal statement hasn’t cut yet, and I made a payment today

Orchard Platinum Visa     2007- 1550/ $0 bal

Capital One Visa               2007-  1050/$0 bal

Macy’s charge card           2000-  1500/$0 bal

Amex Zync                          2010-         $0 bal Opening this card didn’t lower my score either

 

There are no inquiries on my TU report. On my EQ report there is 1 from sept and dec of 09 and 1 from mar in 2010. There is one baddie showing from 2004.

Unpaid tickets, Police dept. sent to CA — Should I contact the Police Dept. or sent a PFD to CA?

I have 2 different accounts for unpaid tickets with the same CA; H.E Stark. Should I attempt to contact the police department about pulling the accounts back if I pay in full, or send a PFD to the CA? I’ve been making payments on the accounts since 11/2009 and have $50 remaining to clear them. I had intended to make that payment today before I realized there was a chance they could be completely deleted from my credit! The only PFD letter sample I found on here says that the accounts are disputed,etc … obviously mine are not. How should I go about this?
