I have a CA that is trying to collect a $103 debt originally from Qwest communications.

 

I just called Qwest and they stated that I could pay them. They stated that I could also make a payment online if I wanted to. So, what should I do?

 

If I pay Qwest directly, is the CA required to delete the tradeline from my credit report?
