   I need a little help from the myfico fam. I had a CA validate. I’ve been thinking about writing a PFD letter to the CA but I have not as of yet. I was doing a little research, and I was able to find the website where you can research to see if a CA is licensed to collect in your state. This particular CA’s name was not on the list therefore they are not licensed. In the state in which I reside (NV), CA’s are required to have a license to be able to collect in this state.  What should my next move be? Should I write to the CA and CRA’s letting them know that I am aware of this information and asking them to delete? Or, should I write the AG and/or BBB? If they are not licensed in my state are they required to delete the TL? Any advice would be helpful!Â
