Has anyone ever had luck with a GW letter with Sears or Bestbuy. Before I discovered my Pico geniuses I paid off in full what I owed but never knew anything about PFD. IÂ am having a hard time getting them to delete. Any suggestion pls, back door numbers, emails?

I had a car( junk ) with them and it got totaled . My insurance paid it all because i had Gap . Chrysler still going after for late fees they say I owe them , and for a service plan I never knew I had and didnt use.. Anyhow I am done with them and just want this gone . What to do . I am trying to help my gf to rebuild her credit. She has a Comcact bill ($78.00) that went to collection – Credit Protection Association, that she never knew of.Â
DOLA is Oct 2008 and I am pretty sure it is still within SOL, since California is 4 years if I am correct. Is it still recommended not to DV and PFD? Do we have any other option?
