I just recently bought my house and I have received a bunch of junk mail for all kinds of home insurances. I also received this one letter from a company called Nationwide Bi-weekly Administration, they brag about been talked about on CNN, The Wall Street and Oprah. They are interestminimizer. Just wondering if anyone has used their services, the way it’s broken down to you on the letter makes a lot of sense, but I need to do a little research to make sure is not a scam.

Thanks for your time

Has anyone had success with a PFD from Nationwide Credit Corp?

I have a Nationwide Acceptance Corp collection on my bureau even though the OC took the debt back. I dischaerged my ch7 10/12/10 and the OC had the debt back before I filed. I included both OC and collection company in my BK. I disputed with the credit bureaus for the collection and of course it came back verified. I then wrote the collection company and the president wrote me stating the OC took back the debt and they are not responsible for any reporting errors. Can they remain on my bureau or do they have to remove? If they have to remove what law can I site in my next letter to the president himself?  Thanks

Since BK 13 filed in 04, completed and discharged, I seem to have hit a wall with rebuilding.  My BK will fall off in a year.  IIB accounts are falling off, most will be off sometime this year.  I have applied recently for Nationwide cc and for a GEMB CLI on my American Eagle store card, I have gotten the following feedback.  Nationwide declined my app because of “recent delinquency”.  I did a recon call, was told by CSR that it was the BK, not enough time since discharge.  On the GEMB request I was declined and got a letter saying, number of months since last delinquency is too recent, and the % of credit accounts that were delinquent is too high, and there is present or past delinquency showing on present or past trades.  My delinquency that shows on my credit report is from a period in 2007 when I was battling in court for custody and delinquent child support.  Just to give the scenario.  I missed some deadlines for payments on some accounts (like my car several times and two cc’s a couple times.)  I have not had delinquency on any account since then.  I did apply and receive a Dillards Am EX in 2008 (GEMB).  My biggest question after that history is, should I try to goodwill those lates?  I think they are pretty old and GEMB ignored them in 2008…but now holds them against me for an increase on a smaller account.  And if yes on goodwill should I explain why all this happened?  Smaller question, I just joined a local credit union, but scared to app for regular card. Considering their secured to make some inroads with them prior to BK falling off next year and go for a regular card then.  Any advice on that appreciated as well.  Ficos 695-700.

Has anybody seen where Nationwide reports to EX?

I opened the account two months ago and it immediately started reporting to TU.  About 5 weeks ago it hit EQ, but so far nothing on EX.

Anybody know for sure?

Are only accidance car, I have collected everything related to the party, unless the name of the insurance company. Can someone tell me what company to write this policy. The number of this policy have the format :###-######- 29 December, where # is a numeric value. (9 digits to follow 12/29) Thank you! I called for farmers, this is not their policy. As the polarization # (29 December to see the last part) is only the start date. – Thanks

We look forward to one or more high interest rates lower and when?
