Hello FICO Friends!

I’m in the midst of getting 4-5 baddies removed.

I have letters out to 4 of the 5, the fifth one is a CA (Calvary Portfolio Services) I am hoping this becomes sticky with addresses for creditors you’ve had good look receiving GW Delettion approvals. I am not sure the address listed on my CR are the best to go with.

The agencies I’ve contacted are:

Bank of America (Brian Moynihan Corporate Address) – $500 charge card
Tribute Card

First National Bank (this one is a toughy)

Plains Commerce Bank

I just got my FICOs into the 640s, so I was going to apply for a mortgage.  Then I looked at my EQ report today, and there’s a new (but not really new) CA reporting.  Now my score is at 607!!!  The CA is Credit Management, and the OC is Charter Communications.  My husband and I have been back and forth with Charter about this bill, as we are certain we do not owe them any past due money.  This was previously on my CR with another CA, so I’m assuming they switched CAs, and in the midst of the switch my CS got the boost I needed.  However, the total amount they’re saying is due is only $128, so I would gladly pay it in full if it meant they would promptly remove it from my CR.  Has anyone had any experience wit Credit Management.  I’m going to send them a PFD (unless someone has a better idea), but I’d really like to know what my chances are.  My husband and I have picked out a house already, and we were planning on applying for a mortgage this week.  I know I won’t get in before the end of the week, but I’d still like to make the April 30 deadline for the $8k tax credit.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
