There was a bit on the news that Japan is going to devalue the Yen against the Dollar. Interesting how countries can do that to retain a price edge. Maybe we should do the same.Â

I would buy in Japan, invest in real estate and mortgage loans or the United States. If this is not possible, there is no country where I can find the mortgage of the property, while still living in foreign countries and the United States to work?

This is really serious to me because had they such a policy I wouldn’t be looking at a 1000 dollar cell phone bill and am seriously considering suing them to do this
still if credit card companies do this so should cell phone companies. Cuz what if someone steals your phone without you realizing it makes expensive calls and puts it back without you knowing. How you gonna dispute that?

Here’s the deal. I dont want to made a financial mistake so we need advise. Right now we have t-mobile, two lines and 1000 min. We pay a little over 100$ per month, no text or anything…just the phone and talk time. We are thinking about quitting our contract and going with Metro PCS which has unlimited min and unlim text..also internet ( for a couple buck extra). that will be about 50$ per month per phone; but we will have to pay $400 total to cancel tmoblile. Is it really better to go with Metro? Or should we stick it out with T-Mobile? We have a two year contract with T-Mobile. We do not have a home phone so 1000 minutes goes fast. I also use my phone for my day care. In the long run, we will save $$ but the service for Metro is not nationwide and only in certain places. What do you think? Should we switch or stay??
