I know someone on here has the email addresses to the higher-ups at Midland. Can someone PLEASE PM them to me? I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.
I have to thank everyone here for all the good info I have read so far. I started three weeks ago with EQ -654 and Trans – 643. I sent GW emails to AFNI and had them remove two baddies and my scores  are now UP. EQ – 671 and Trans – 740 (shocker!!!) I am so excited I cant sit still. There is still one baddie from Verizon (one of the ones reported to AFNI) that’s still showing on EQ. I guess once I get that addressed the score there will go up too. Does anyone have an email address for the higher ups at Verizon PA? Please PM me.Â
Â
Thanks again.
Has anyone had success removing Credit Control Corp from their CRs??
Â
My situation sucks. I had an old cable bill from Cox from 2007. Credit Control Corp of course listed it as TWO separate accounts on my CRs (one for cable and one for the bill).
Â
I thought that if I paid Cox directly I could dispute with CCC and have them remove it. I was wrong. They are now showing up as paid. I sent GW letters to the higher ups at Cox and had the matter looked into for me. After several days of deliberation they declined to have the two entries removed.
Â
I also tried to dispute with the CRAs and they all came back verified.
Â
I am really bummed out. What should I do?
My debt with PRA is now past SOL so I want to send them a PFD email. I had the email address of the CEO, and it was valid when I tried using it a year or two ago, but I just got an ‘undeliverable email’ message when I tried using that email address so it looks like it’s changed. Anybody have a valid email address for one of the higher-ups there?
I would like to know if the FICO score is genearlly Higher when pulled than the Faco Scores? Any insight would be appreciated!

Thanks!:smileyhappy:
When you have several student loans to pay off, do you think it’s better to focus on the low interest ones first, or the highest interest ones?
Â
In my case, 4 of my lowest balance student loans also have the lowest interest rates. The other 6 are all at the same interest rate, 6.8%.
Â
Should I focus on getting the higher balances down, since they are accumulating the most interest? Or should I just try & get the little ones out of the way, so they’re not accumulating interest in the background?
Â
I don’t want to consolidate right now, that’s not really the direction i’m going at the moment. Other advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone
Â
I have been reading some folks have had success with PFD letter to the higher ups. I would really appreciate it if anyone could pass the love to me.
I have an JCPenney credit card account that was charged off in 2003 and turned over to a collection agency. The account was deleted by the collection agency, but not JCPenney. I know they are not required to delete the tradeline just because the CA did so. It should fall off around the fall of this year, but I need it off now! I GW’d one of the higher ups by fax, and some guy called me back stating that there was nothing that he could do to help me. Should I just keep trying with different “Big Wigs” to get it deleted, or just wait until it falls off? I have rebuild my credit and opened up another JCP card as well as other accounts that are in good standing. Thanks in advance for any advice.
I have a CA item for $500 from a medical bill for a ER visit. My child had a school sports accident and there insurance never paid claim. I am willing to pay then go after insurance company but I want a to target a PFD. Should I address CA or Doctor or both?. What has the higher probability of success.

We are considering a small neighborhood near the airport to build a house. Only single-engine aircraft and helicopters in flight to the airport and the noise is not really a problem. I would like to know that insurance companies would house a higher position because of however. Does anyone know if this is true?
