I sent my PFD letter to the CA two weeks ago (my “offer” is good for 30 days) but I haven’t heard squat back so far. Does anyone have a general idea what the “average” time is for a response?, whether an acceptance or a denial?

So since we are only able to get a FAKO Experian score, do you still pull yours? I am trying to buy a house and would like to have a general idea where I am sitting. My EQ and TU are low 700 currently. Waiting for a balance decrease to report any day now and then turning in my credit app.
anyone have a general idea on how long it should take for a collection to be deleted once it has successfully been gw’d?

30 days? 14 days? 7-10 business days? or end of that month?… just kinda wanting an idea on how long it took otherÂ
