Currently in the process of rebuilding and due to an insurance screw up and failure by the company benefits admin to update my address, I had a $58 x-ray charge go to a collection agency a few weeks ago and it cost me 30+ points.

After talking with the doctor’s office, paying the $58, and the working back through the insurance company, I got the insurance company to review the claim and pay the doctor’s office, who will credit me eventually. Â After multiple conversations with the doctor’s office, I finally got them to agree to call the collection agency and pull the collection back. This was early last week. Â Obviously, I’m feeling pretty good about this, but I also know it’s not done until it’s DONE.

How long would you guys suggest I wait? Â Do we think it will take a couple weeks to get pulled back or a month or more? Â When should I follow up with the physician’s office again?
