For those of you who have had successful PFDs with Verizon Wireless….once you got a response, how long did it take for them to review and decide whether or not to delete? I sent an email to an exec on Friday, and got an email yesterday from their exec response team asking for my account number and phone number so they could assist me. I sent everything over, and have heard nothing since.
The debt belongs to Verizon still (listed under the National Collection Dept address in Folsom CA), and it’s a charge-off.Â

Just wondering what kind of timeline I might be able to expect – this is a huge baddie on my report that’s hitting me with a double whammy for util and then the CO portion.
