Last night, I was wondering, can anyone help me, a water heater, because me and I broke several days without water lang.Mir was said that the $ 1025.00 I get every month me disqualified because I have too much income, My mortgage company says I do not have enough income. I am still without a water heater or water. I also need some minor work to my garbage disposal and sanitation. I was on disability 2002nd Is there anyone who can help me? I live in Dallas and I’m in the telephone directory of Dallas. 214-421-9375.

shortly after purchasing disability ins. i was diagnosed with testicular and lymphatic cancer that was very aggressive. while in chemotherapy I contacted the insurance co. to claim. I was totally involved in staying alive long enough to beat this cancer and was obviously seriously unable to keep track of finances and such. My wife did not realize this was one of the few things we had any coverage for and therefor did not deal with it. It has been almost two years and i just recently realized we had not recieved any benifits from this insurance during my year long fight with cancer. what can i do to get them to pay? The insurance was purchased with the mortgage and I thought that even though the claim is made that the insurance is a seperate issue the mortgage company is the legal servicer of all matters on the mortgage, such as ins. taxes if there is an escrow acct. etc.?

What are the most important points to state ?
Older friend of mine is working with her mortgage company to retain her home and make lesser payments.
She has had increased medical/medicine cost and unexpected car and home repair costs she had to borrow money to take care of.
In 3 months these loans will be paid in full, but she is now 4 months behind on the house mortgage payments .
What do the companies look for and are most likely to see favourable and as a good risk to re-finance ?
Is there % rate they take into consideration as to having adequate income ?
Her income has dropped from when the mortgage started as she is now on disability.
Her medicine costs are going to stay high even with insurance.

The house is completely paid for. He’s not yet receiving social security although the application is being processed. Chronologically he’s 55, but the doctors have put his physical age closer to 70 due to the many, many health and mental conditions.

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding 30 day lates. I have an installment loan that is reporting 30 Day Lates from 2008. I know for a fact, even confirmed with a CSR at the lender, that the payments were NOT 30 days late. The payments were late, but not anymore the 15-20 days.

Do they have the right to report this as a 30 day late?

I have the statements showing the dates of payments, can I dispute this with the CRAs?

My question is: is it worth the effort? How should I look forward to pay (a premium)? What types of problems should I do? What gaps, I should know? Thanks
