I sent a debt verification letter to Time Warner Cable on January 11, 2010. It requested an investigation of a debt within 30 days and a response to me. As of today I have not received any response. What should my next step be?

I sent the CA a debt verification letter and requested they mail me a response asap, its been few weeks and haven’t heard anything from them yet, and dont want to call them, what should be my next course of action?
