Major Change to FCRA Dispute PRocess
In what I have always thought to be one of the stupidest and most restrictive provisions of the FCRA, the only dispute process previously availbible to consumers was to file any and all disputes against any creitorl by way of dispute party dispute with the third-party consumer reporiting agency to which they were rubber stamp. Disputes should be directly with the creditor.

State by State SOL *And* Extender Rules
I am/was trying to find out if making payments to a Collection Agency re-sets SOL for an out of SOL debt to a creditor. Though I could not find anything that specific I did find this; http://www.ncfsi.com/statute_of_limitations.htm So as far as I can tell, as a NYer, my SOL cannot be re-set on any payment after SOL to either creditor or collection agency

Last Negitive Item – Please take a peek
Hi All, I have one final negative item and I'm not sure what move to make. I was involved in a crash several years ago and this debt if from a trip to the emergency room. I believe originally one bill was from the ambulance ride and one for ER services.

Utilization Factor in Credit Score
Hi All! I have a question regarding utilization... Is the utilization factor in a credit score only based on open, available credit and the amount used on those credit lines
