What now?
I sent Midland Credit Management 2 separate DV letters CMRRR Midland completely ignored both of my request. So I sent Experian a letter along with copies of the letters I sent to Midland ( also sent ) CMRRR requesting them to remove the inaccurate information from my credit report

Company Reporting Is Not Reporting Legit Info
I am in a bad situation with a company reporting a collection on me that should not be. I have researched this company online and they have done this many times in the past. Even though I have disputed it to all the credit reporting agencies, all they say is that the company says its the correct information! Basically, I stopped at a Beeper's and Phones location to pick up a cell phone on my way home from a trip because it was the only time I had to get one.

No GW Success!
I sent two GW letters... to Capital One and Chase Auto Finance... both with no success. The letters I received back were vague, saying that they are obligated to report accurate information to the credit bureaus, etc
