How is this legal
How is it legal for Experian to deny us access to the same credit scores that lenders use to judge us? For all the things that went into the new credit protection law, why would this get overseen?

I have an account that was opened in 2003 but paid off in 2006 but shows slow pay. Is it best to leave it or remove it ?

Bouncing back
I would like to know how long do I wait to find out what my scores are after a few months of having a couple of secured cc's. Is there a way to get daily/weekly/monthly updates of credit scores without hurting myself

Does Experian weigh inquiries more heavily than TU and EQ?
My husband and I are working on a mortgage application right now. Our broker pulled my credit scores, and the inquiry is appearing on all 3 reports. However, my Experian scored that dropped about 8 points as a result of that inquiry.

Should I settle
I have a collection agency (SST) listed on all 3 credit reports as revolving accts, but in comments collections. Neither is factoring as a collection, but as a revolving. On equifax they are listed as 120 days late (I'm not sure how considering they are a collection agency). Well the debt owed is 1936.00. I can settle to day for 988.00, but how will this affect my credit scores? Should I just sit it out and pay in full
