We have an apartment in San Francisco, a unit 2. We have a separate policy, covering the walls of the units of our personal property. We and other units of the association of owners of property owners and trying to understand that we need a separate policy, including the appearance and the court, or whether we have received various types of share insurance underwriting. Any advice?

The entire apartment building had insurance, I am with my payment of monthly bills for maintenance. However, this insurance is covered by what is in my apartment. All these things, so that there are apartments of their own, you pay more a month just to have the insurance? Worth, or money to really in the toilet. btw, this is a help in an apartment in New York.

 


I live in apartment 3. The second unit is vacant (the owners moved from two years ago), the unit is redeemed. We (the apartment Housing Association) needs to contact an apartment unit and two pairs of unpaid tax to repay the mortgage company. How do I know that their mortgage company?
