I am currently in a bad financial situation. I have terrible credit and can’t even get approved for a new credit card. My monthly payments on my car and credit cards are too much for me to handle. Recently, I have even been having trouble making my mortgage payment. The sad thing is that my mortgage payment is currently only $ 900. I currently owe $ 12,000 on my mortgage and my house is worth anywhere between $ 600,000 and $ 800,000.
I want an equity loan of $ 100,000. I will use this money to pay off all other debt and help fund my son’s college education. I do have steady income and will have no problem making the payment on this loan.
Are there any good company’s that will finance my loan? I am afraid that if I apply to too many places I will ruin my chances of getting the loan because I know that each failed application has a adverse affect on my credit score. Any help is appreciated.
Let’s see…..
If we go by the popular vote we can:
-Not count states that held caucuses: Iowa, Nevada, Hawaii, Maine, Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Washington, Maine, and Wyoming.
We won’t count all of these states ok?
-We won’t count voters who are black
-We won’t count voters who have a college education and don’t vote for Hillary
-We will count Michigan and Florida even though Hillary and her entire staff said last fall that they SHOULD NOT COUNT.
But we will count them now because it helps us a tiny bit and of course we don’t want these two states not to count(Nevermind the fact that we are not going to count the FIFTEEN STATES that held caucuses.
Let’s see…what else can we do?
Oh, I know, how about we count only those votes that are in favor of Hillary?
OOOH! Even better!!! How about we allow only Hillary, Bill, and Chelsea to vote. Best two out of three is the winner! That’s it!!!!!
My boyfriend and I have been tossing around the idea of moving out of Michigan due to the abysmal job situation here. We’re in our early 20′s, with some college but no degrees. We are smart and very hard workers (I currently work 54 hrs/wk) with our experience being in retail/customer service (we hate our jobs). We are both looking to expand our college education, but get no finanacial support from family, and are hoping another state may offer better opportunites to make that easier to do.
These are the states I’ve narrowed down to solely based on unemployment ratings. I would like to know peoples general impressions, especially regarding the job outlook for us, quality of life, towns we should consider…anything you can think of. These are all places neither of us have been to.
Montana, Wyoming, Virginia, Nebraska; South Dakota, New Hamsphire, Delaware, Minnesota, Maryland
Thanks in advance, and happy New Year!

I plan to make auto insurance license in California. Can you recommend some university or college education? Every good online course?
