i had an account i had disputed with midland last year and i wrote pfd letter and i never got a response. the company originally was spiegel and it was showing on my credit report has stopped paying. It was meant to fall off June 2010, when i checked my fico and TU today , Spiegel was no longer showing on any one of them, but midland was still showing as a collection even though its DOFD is june 2003. what do i do to get this off my report, because its the only negative i have on my account.
