Late Payment
In November I moved in with my g/f and put in a change of address with the post office. Everything seemed fine until recently when I found out that my Old Navy account has a 30 day late payment on all 3 credit bureaus during this particular time frame.

How long does it take for Deletions to fall off.
I've gotten 2 CA letters stating that they will delete, but haven't seen the change in my scores or the reports. How long does it generally take to see the effects of the deletions.

Once a file is removed from your credit report, how long does it take to adjust your credit score?
Will it show up the same time it is removed or could it take longer for the change in score?

capital one credit card reporting dates question, and score change
i was approved for a capital one card back in jan. after receiving the card, i setup my online payment account, and did not receive a bill until late feb with the 1st payment date of march 14th. when i pull my credit reports, the 1st page shows cc as positives in the summary, but i have no tradelines yet.
does capital one usually post towards the end of the month, and will i probably have to wait until next month to see a tradeline. also, will my score change once the tradeline appears? i took a small ding on EQ for the new card approval, and inq, and lost no points on TU. but was hoping to see some score gains on transunion since i have no other open accounts reporting at this time.
Statute of Limitations on a really old defaulted loan?
I know that due to changes in federal laws in 1998 and 2005, collection on student loans now have no statute of limitation, but my defaulted student loan is from 1988, and when I took this loan out, there was a statute of limitations of about 20 years (I believe, but I am not sure.) Does the change in law mean that even loans such as mine, that were taken out prior to the law rewrite, are still subject to collection even after so long?

I have auto insurance with usaa and I wish to change the day my automatic payment is made. But I see no option?

Payment is paid automatically, and this Episode II, but I do not want to be out on 2 and the latest available because it is the first 10. But I find, delete or edit the page on car insurance auto payment date choice.

Discover Card Minimum Payment Change
I have a Discover Open Road card, which paid off and will only be using it for utilities as the interest rate was raised to 19.99% and I will be paying it off monthly. I previously had a balance of $900 and the minimum payment of $40. I paid it off last month and this month the balance is $100 with a minimum payment of $40.
Kind of strange. Like I said, I am paying it off in full anyway, but I couldn’t find anywhere in my terms that they were raising the percentage for minimum payments. I just want to understand how my card works if by chance I ever had to carry a balance.
Thanks for the help!

Dreaded Change in Terms Letter for Chase Freedom
So today I received the dreaded change in terms letter for my Chase Freedom. I’m not happy at all because this was my favorite cashback card (3% cashback in my Top 3 categories). Plus, when you get $200 cashback you receive a check for $250. According to the new letter, I will get 5% cashback in rotating categories and no extra $50 when you get $200. I guess my AMEX Blue Cash will be moved back to number 1.
