I sent a GW letter to cap1 on 1/26 to remove a couple of 30 day lates. I sent letters to disputes, correspondence, and to the CEO. Today I gotta call from someone in the cap1 executive office and she said that they are required to report to the blah blah blah…. So they will not remove them.

Hello, I have been trying to GW  B of A but haven’t had any luck.  I’ve tried sending letters to the CEO and just like everyone else, I received those phone calls saying that there is nothing that they can do to remove accurate information.  Has anyone had success?  My lattes are from ’05 and they’re severe, 120 day late.

Has anyone had any negative experiences with sending GW letters directly to the CEOs? I’ve been sending numerous letters to a particular company, but I am a little concerned to send a letter to the CEO because I work for a large subsidiary of the same company.Â

So I emailed Bank of America CEO and HSBC CFO and I recieved phone calls rather quickly and both said thaty they could not change thier reporting to the Bureaus. I’m gonna try agian and hope for the best. I’ve read some posts that said the same thing but when they checked their reports the items were gone I hope this will be the case.
I want to send a Goodwill letter to Bank of America do I send it to the address on my credit reports or do I send it to the CEO and if so where do I find the address for his office
Round 2 of the GW letters came back yesterday. I am 0 for 2. Should I begin sending the letters to the president/CEO now?

Has anyone had any success with getting a gw response from Allied Bank or Credit One Bank? I have been sending gw letters and getting the same old b.s. answer from them. Does anyone have a working email address to a vp, president, or ceo?
