Bad Check On CR. DV what to do?
I thought I had paid all Bad checks before i closed my account in 2007. I had TU do a dispute. Came back as Valid.

Another One Bites the Dust…."Deletion"
Asset Acceptance has deleted my accounts.....Yip-pppeeeeee. I sent an e-mail to the CEO & VP of Collections (googled the company / SEC Filings and found their names then tried every possible e-mail address from first initial/last name @ assetacceptance to president @ assetacceptance (7 addresses to be exact, I knew one had to reach them) and received this e-mail today from the compliance director.. part of it read: In terms of your request to delete the trade line from each of the credit reporting agencies as an act of “Goodwill”, it is not our business practice to delete trade lines when a consumer settles or pays-off a debt with us. In order to accurately report trade lines to the credit bureaus we report them with a zero balance and as paid when an account is settled or paid in full. However, in this situation, I will make an exception and delete the trade lines, as requested

What will happen if I cannot produce a business insurance certificate to the police?
I caught dead brake lamp, the producers. I have also fallen into my work uniform, because of the nature of the business, it is obvious I need business insurance. I’m not in my insurance companies use their own policies – but I have to participate in society with my insurance third party insurance. My employer, an excuse to justify my insurance card, and now I can only tomorrow can to the police. I have taken all reasonable steps to obtain the certificate – but I can do, if I have to rely on others, are now the embarrassment? At the end of the day, I made sure the commercial use, but unless my employer “pull my finger”, I have not tried the methods, and could face trial or prosecution. Any advice would be appreciated. : (There are a couple of things: I have insurance for personal use! I give them my insurance card, Tesco, but I can guarantee that I do not use without any problems on commercial insurance.

What is a good estimate for small business insurance?
I was in my MBA class project. Projects small business organization. This is a special co-production of poultry cooperatives. How does a mortgage for a business work?
I was thinking of opening business, and I wrote, I think, consider the purchase of lease or rental, and his place. Does anyone know how to get business loans? What is this? Low price, financing, interest, loan duration longer? And so on. . . Probably would not go into a place to buy, they cost over 90,000 $, if I find one. business credit card on personal credit report?
My husband worked for a small business (incorporated) that ran out of money last year and laid all of its employees off, including him, although he may be rehired if/when the business recovers. He had a business credit card through Capital One. The business he worked for was a corporation and he was one of the shareholders of the corporation but there were other, bigger investors in the corporation.

How do I get leads when starting in the mortgage business?
I”m new to the mortgage business and just have completed my training to be a loan officer. Now I’m stuck wondering the best way to get my first leads. Most of the marketing I have found so far is all about pumping past clients for referrals. What should I do? I would be grateful for any input.
