It is 40 acres. some building some forests and some wet substance swampier, the house itself is not really worth that much. less than half of the total estimated value of the property, perhaps 60 to 65,000. vendors require r 160 000 and we made three apraisals. the highest was about 175 000. The company said that mortgage lenders do not finance that much, because the whole country. we r trying to get a 100% financing, but at this point that we could try for 95%. r we begin to hope that it never happen.my fiancé and I have bad credit is to lose even worse, leaving only his name appears on each. We arent sure if it’s something we could try.

My Mom sold a house and gave the buyers “owner financing”. She went through and attorney and all the documents are kosher with the law, etc. The people have a history of bad credit and pay her monthly, albeit being late a few times. My Mom wants the cash up front and has received a few notices from “mortgage buying companies” who “can buy the loan, and pay her up front”. They want to offer her a significantly lower payment than what she sold the property for, but they want her to “send the deed to them then they will wire the money back”. I have a terrible discernment about the whole thing and she is wondering if they are a scam and if she should go through with it. Any one know?

My husband and I are looking for someone to finance a used mobile home on 5 acres. We have bad credit because we have no credit. Our bank will only loan maybe 80%. Does anyone know of a mortgage company that could help us?

I know banks won’t hire you if you have bad credit, but what other employers won’t hire? And if they are companies dealing with finances, will they hire you in other positions in the company that is not directly dealing with money? Such as mortgage companies, insurance companies, etc? All examples welcomed.
I think some may have misunderstood my question. What I am meaning to ask is, “what career fields require you to have good credit?” Banking is a field that requires it, what other fields require it also?

My sister makes good money and so does her husband. She just has bad credit. They both lost their jobs two years ago and got really behind on bills along with a new baby. They now both have really good jobs but they have bad marks on their credit. Does anyone know of a mortgage company that can help them get into a new mobile home?

What is the best company out there that will finance a married couple but only one person having bad credit? First-time homeowners as well as no money down if at all possible.
