Does anyone have a different email address for them. I emailed this and got this for a response

 

 

Your email has been received and noted. It is not our business practice to remove or delete credit information in exchange for payment.  If an account is settled for less than the balance owed, we will report the account as settled with a zero balance due. If the account balance is paid, we will report the account as paid with a zero balance due.
