I am currently behind on my mortgage and my options are to sell the house for less than I owe, foreclose or as someone suggested negotiate my loan terms with my lender. Who would I talk to do renegotiate as that would be my preferrence? I think if they would drop the rate for me I would be able to make my payment and save myself and the bank money by avoiding foreclosure. I just don’t know who to talk to and how to convince them that this is the best way to do it. I can prove to them that I’m upside down and houses are sitting in the market for 6 months or more. The customer service reps won’t help me because they are just trained to collect and I can’t pay them.

Hi All!

I’m set to close on Monday but have not been given the amount of $ $ $ to bring (I only have a general idea) or what TIME!!!!

Anyone else frustrated with how VAGUE they are when it comes to closing?????  All I keep hearing is "oh, you’ll find out".  Shouldn’t this stuff be more together??  I’m so nervous!!!!

local mortgage lender

I am looking to purchase a home and researching where to get my mortgage. Does it matter if the lender is local?

looking to refinance my townhouse, 651 Fico score, no lates, only debt is the mortgage, no subprime. 30 Year Fixed Only.

My Citi secured card is due to unsecure in March

My CL is 200.00 and I have used the card and paid them about 9k in a little over a year

Has anyone had their citi secured card unsecure and if so what was your starting secured credit limit and when it was unsecured what did they increase it to?

Thanks

Has anyone applied for a Chase Freedom within the past couple of months? I want to know what credit report they pull.

I suspect HSBC may be having some issues but who knows and was curious to know if anyone else was having problems.

I have three accounts from them that have not been updated since December 09.

Normally, I wouldn’t care but one card was reporting a $350.00 balance while it only has a $600.00 balance.  I know bad idea

As soon as I learned how much of an impact it was having on my score I paid it down to below 9%.   This is also the card HSBC gave me a $ 200 CLI on.

Anyways, I’m in the process of trying to get a pre-approval for a mortgage and my scores aren’t all that great. 610-620

If I can get HSBC to update I’m hopeful my scores will increase enough to get approved.

I called customer service and told the agent what was going on and he seemed a bit puzzled by it at least that’s what he sounded like to me.  He put me on hold for a few minutes and when he came back told me that I needed to write a letter to their credit bureau verification department.

Unfortunately, for me I have an appointment with a loan officer this coming Thursday March 11th. So I don’t know what I can do to get them to report before then.

I sell insurance, annuities, and mortgages (we used a variety of guarantee, to see if we can free up funds to invest elsewhere). I sell, but I’m not going to go crazy trying to find people. Their service or website, to provide good customer? In addition, these signs are good value for money services, and even? Thanks

Hi all. Does anyone have or has anyone recently applied for a Value City credit card? Want to see what bureau they pull and score level when received. Any info would be great. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know the minimum yearly income for a U.S. Bank FlexPerks Cash Rewards Visa Credit Card?

I applied for one and was denied due to insufficient income. :smileysad:

I also plan on calling them tomorrow morning.

Thanks,

Cnon

…care to share their experience? I don’t read about this particular card much on these boards.

I am debating between this one and Citi’s. US Bank can potentially graduate as soon as 12 mos; Citi is after 18 mos.

I’d much rather graduate at 12 months, but Citi is known for frequent CLIs.
