mortgage loan finance

Most people keep telling me I have to wait 2 years before I can get approved for a mortgage loan. Does anyone know a lender that will do it before the 2 years is up?

credit rebuilding

lafrancevi

I recently filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy! I hated I meant it, but I was tired. “Now I know what is the first step in rebuilding credit.

How soon after your bankruptcy discharge can you begin rebuilding credit? How long does it take for the discharge to show on your credit report? When should you accept your first credit offer? Which kind of credit is best to rebuild with?
For the last question, I meant to say “What type of credit offer is best to rebuild with?” (i.e. credit card, loan, etc.)

I have plans to go to law after I graduate from 4-year college. I would like to know if I have to start paying back my student loans after 4-year college or when I graduated from law school? Postscript I am just doing some preliminary checks of student loans in general, I am a senior in high school, and I’m just thinking ahead.

how long to build after the cancellation of http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg on a http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg card? I’m thinking of getting a particular http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg card to use on a purchase because of the fact that it offers money for the purchase. I know this is not? a great idea, cos? I’m still thinking, but my concern? with my http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg. My http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg? pretty good right now and I wonder if I cancel the card and shorty after, how long does it take to build http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg to get and I’m canceling the card, return to normal? If it is a few points, which takes weeks / months? Thanks. Best answer:

If you want to do it, heres the right way to keep the score in the field ..? If? Store a supply of http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg (card Macy’s, Sears card, you get the idea), it is not worth the damage to your FICO score. When you open a new http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg your score goes down to 200 points .. and store cards typically charge 24% interst, not an addition to an existing one of 6.9 to 18% sounds a bit ‘better .. pay an interest rate more? low, not by adding additional lines of http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2661/4211420472_8399d81615_m.jpg, and keep the score in the range of your current number. (Depending on the purchase price could drop your score to 100 points, but still better than 200)? The best thing? to pay in cash or lay-a-way, if possible, if you load it using this formula to repay more? fast ..? take the product price (eg $ 600), which divides many months you want it paid (12 months) will d? a cost of $ 100 … add $ 100 minimum payment .. normally $ 15 now? $ 115 .. and you pay in 13 months .. interest you earn per month, but increase your score for each six months time or in advance.

Question by anitak26: What determines if the mortgage company will come after you if you walk away from a 80/20 mortgage?
We have an 80/20 mortgage and have tried to refinance with no avail. We did get a 3-yr loan modification, however, after that the price will jump back up again. And if they come after my husband, what do we do then?

excluding unique components to your loan or your state,
if a property goes into foreclosure, the law is simple; the 2nd note holder must buy
out the first to keep his “rights.” if he does not, only the first mortgage survives an
auction sale.

[once the 2nd is wiped away, that debt cannot be revived unless someone naively
offers to repay it .......later]

I declared BK7 in 04′, and included an account from Citi and BOA. Now, I have re-established with very low 700 scores and no revolving debt. My seven year stent will be up next year and all my BK’s accounts will be gone. Will Citi or BOA approve me? I know that Chase and Amex will not consider you until the actual BK is off your report. Anyone have recent experience?

Hello there:

So it took me almost 6 mths of relentlessly mailing , i cleaned up my cr’s . Positve trade lines on my CR are as follows:

1. EQ : JCPenny  Score 709 – Fico as of 01/24/2010 745 Faco as of 03/03/10

2. TU : JCPenny   Score 736 – Fako as of 03/03/2010

3. EX : JCPenny and secured credit from Credit Union Score  734 – Fako as of 03/03/2010

I was planning to apply for 2 credit cards , one’s from my credit union ,  and 2nd - Schwab Invest First 2% Cash Back Visa Card

Is it a good move to apply for schwabs? I have their brokerage and checking account. They pulled EQ. BTW I got my BoFA (MBNA) deleted after 7 yrs rule.
