Hello everyone, I have been reading a lot on these boards as I am trying to rebuild my credit. It seems that most people have been suggesting GW letters which before this site, I had never heard of. I decided to try them out and started with a paid collection. I found the CA presidents email and sent a GW email to her. I didn’t think I would here anything back from her but the following day, I received a response from her stating that she processesd a courtesy deletion! She ended the email saying “do you want to know why? Becauce you asked nicely. Simple as that.” I also got an old Dell Financial account reopened AND they removed a 60 day late. Still awaiting a response from GE money aboint an old Mervyns account. I never thought that simply asking for removals would actually work! Thank you all for the helpful infor mation (:
