LVNV and Pressler & Pressler

Hi Everyone,

 

I need some advice as to what to do with this people.  I had a chargeoff from Walmart in 2006 and they sold the account to LVNV.

Never received anything from them but they just showed up on my credit report last year.  DV’d them with no response.  In November 2009 I

received a letter from Receivable Performance stating they were collecting for LVNV and offered a settlement.  I know it was stupid but since

I do owe the money I sent a PFD for less than they were asking but got no response.  Last week I received a letter from Pressler and Pressler

Law firm that the account has been purchased by New Century Financial Services. 

 

What should I do?  All suggestions are greatly appreciated.
