help with cash advanced loans

I had a couple cash advance loans and now i have some of them report it to my CRA as bad debt.

 

 

I had one from Ace cash advance, and Ez corps and First cash advanced and most of it is in CA office.

 

i was wondering does cash advance have a SOL date? because it’s on my CR,  and Will it be removed after 7 1/2 year?

 

I live in texas btw the SOL in texas is 4 year
