I’m helping a friend with some of her issues. She made a dispute with Equifax online over a month ago. TR already responded with a deletion, but EQ is taking FOREVER to give her results. I told her it would be 30 days, but she’s gotten e-mail “status updates” saying it can take as long as 45 days. I thought that was only if you didn’t do it online? The estimated completion date EQ gives is Marh 8, 4 days ago. What gives? She’s tried to call to figure out what’s going on, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a live agent. Can’t find any number for her.
