DV not delivered company moved and another CA question

I was checking my CMRRR online today and noticed that the one I had sent t NCO was being returned becuase they had moved and left no forwarding address, I did use the address from my credit report., can this help me in anyway?

 

 

Also I got a scorewatch update that states one of my Collection accounts was sold or transferred can I DV them in hopes of removal?
