Does Anyone See Any Problem with this Settlement Language?

This is the body of the letter they emailed to me:

 

Dear OP, Please be advised that GMC Credit Services will accept $1,000.00as settlement on the Balance Due for the account referenced above. This offer is a limited time offer contingent upon GMC Credit Services’ receipt of funds on or before 2/28/2011. GMC Credit Services is not obligated to renew this offer. Upon receipt of the funds representing $1,000.00of the Balance Due, GMC Credit Services will close the account. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our office at the number above. Sincerely, GMC Credit Services

 

I’m just a bit leery that they may try and sneak something in and still come after me for the rest of teh debt. This is the last thing I have in collections and would be able to settle next week.
