Hi – I’ve been trying to GW BoA for some lates on a credit card. The lates are supposed to fall off in December 2010, and the other day when I pulled my EX report, my card is now being reported as never late. All excited, I thought the GW had worked. Then I received the response from BoA stating they wouldn’t remove the lates. So, I guess they fell off early on EX only. My question is that if I continue to try to GW BoA for the lates still reported on TU/EQ, will they recognize that they lates are off my EX report and add them back? Thanks
