Home loans with bad credit woman?
March 20, 2013 in mortgage by jedwan
My wife and I would try to get a home loan soon. I have very good credit and my wife is mauvais.Nous’ll put in my name only for low interest rates. The only thing is that we are paying a car loan and share it. With the car in my name can also be considered ready cunsultant that the debt car go completely against my debt / income ratio, as it paid for the car? Or we can include income from my wife for the car loan, so it does not like what I look like monthly debt?
It depends on your state. In some states, any mortgage loan is considered a joint obligation. Those states Arizona, California, Idaho, Lousiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. If you live in one of those states, she will be considered.
If you don’t need her to get approved, i.e. you don’t need her income to get approved, then you can apply without her if you don’t live in one of those states.
The car debt will be considered because it is in your name. If it is in both of your names, it will most likely be considered as well.
If you use her income, her credit report will be considered.
Good luck.
