California Home Mortgage Defaults Fall, Report Says (Update2)
Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) — California home mortgage defaults dropped 12 percent in the fourth quarter from a year earlier, a sign foreclosures will abate in areas hardest hit in the housing recession, MDA DataQuick said.
