This is a wooden door garage. 250. To replace it. Compatible with life insurance on the house. To do so, overwrite it?

  1. It depends on why you need to replace it, but if the repair/replace cost is only $250, that is probably less than your deductible, so you are better off just paying out of pocket to replace it. If you file a claim for an amount this low, it will eventually increase your premium for the policy.

Sorry, wish I had better answer for you.

  2. What happened to cause the door to have to be replaced? We had something fall into our door from inside the garage, and during the course of trying to close the door, the motor stuck and began slamming down over and over. The insurance company said that the destruction was not due to an attempted break in or weather-related, so we weren’t covered.

  3. It depends on what happened to it, and what your deductible is.

If an airplane crashed into it, and your deductible is under $250, yes.

If it just rotted out, and/or your deductible is $250 or more, no.

  4. By google to collect some related information or you may try using answer engines like yahoo answer or yedda.com to get some related ideas.nonetheless,If you prefer some direct resource, here http://www.insuranceidea.info/free-insurance.htm is a good one from my own experience.
